the loneliness.

I feel like I should warn you that a lot of my entries will be about the ghetto, the poor. This is where I am living. These are the issues that I am concerned with. I guess I feel that my entries should be happier, less troublesome. But that's not what is going on in my life. It seems that the things which are going on in my life right now are things full of sadness, full of burdens. Thank God that in Him is found hope. My only hope.
Did you know...
that the word "ghetto" means loneliness?
how fitting.

It’s called “the loneliness”

A more apt name not to be found.

A loneliness brought about by hardness

Of souls and guns

Brought about by weakness

Of the children’s fathers and the governing forces

A loneliness brought by a lack of education

Of the church members in their pews and the youth who drop out

Brought about by fear

Of “the loneliness” itself and of losing what’s theirs

A loneliness brought about by disrepair

Of the decrepit buildings and the system

Brought about by us.

By you and I.

Let the children not be lonely anymore

The ghetto.

“The loneliness”

its true! there is alot of loneliness and despair in this world. we can not fix it all and if we let it, it will bog us down and we also will become lonely and not be able to lead others to the Lord!!
Keep looking up Hannah! God sees your heart and your desire for others. If you are looking up you can help others look up too!!
